This place is close to my office and I come here from time to time to grab a quick coffee before work or a quick lunch. This location is small in comparison to other McDonald's in town. The restaurant is in the same site as a Tim Horton's so the parking lot can get hectic with people going to both drive thrus during the morning and lunch peaks.
One thing about this location that I have noticed is that when you do a mobile order on your the McD app for pick up at the counter inside the restaurant, it takes longer to get your order than if you order at the counter or the kiosks. This consistently happens to me many times. For instance this morning, I ordered a coffee on my app and stood in front of the counter to wait. Another guy ordered a full breakfast meal on the kiosk about a minute into my wait. You guessed it! He got his food before me. It is not the first time this has happened. There is something systematically wrong with how orders are received and executed at this location. I don't know if they do mobile order separately in another part of the kitchen that is less well staffed or if there is a long delay in mobile orders showing up on their screen. It defeats the purpose of the mobile app if it takes longer for your order to arrive than ordering in person.
As for the staff, I have nothing bad to say about the customer service in terms of friendliness of the staff. It is in line with other fast food joints, if not a little better. I gave it a high 3 stars out of 5 score because of this. -

Another McDonald's. They are plentiful throughout Calgary.
This location is on the small size and does have a drive thru.
Service is good but only two tills and no self serve kiosk.
Pricing is good and there are self serve pop fountains.
Overall one of the better McDonald's in NE Calgary. -

This is the 3rd time in a row I have left this location's drive thru only to arrive at home to find parts of my order missing. I know some of this is on me as I should check each and every order before I leave the window from now on.
The food is standard McDonald's fair which in and of itself is not bad and is as expected.
It will be worth the extra 10 minutes getting home to go out of my way over to the 36 St location. But if I have to go over there odds are it'll be Wendy's I stop at.
If you are driving through give this place a pass. -

Pretty awesome for a McDonald's. I had the sweet chili Thai chicken and it was mighty tasty for a silly burger joint.
The employees here are friendly and helpful but they don't smile a lot. But the place us clean, and conveniently located.
The seating is nice, too. Tables and bar seating. I wanted to sit in a bar stool, but my but kept slipping off. -

Sad to say , yes I have been here twice. True as on previous reviews their customer Service leaves something to be desired.
But, it is McDonald's. I have been to some McDonald's though where they are really good, and happy to help you.
Not at this one though.
I have watched them both times I was there and they talk about the customers ,not good. I could hear them so I am sure others can.
Nothing is clearly marked on the menu.Just all the meals that they are pushing on you the entire time.
They want to put Mayo on everything. You have to spell it out for them that you do not want mayo. When I ask for nothing on it, I really meant nothing. That is why I stated, no mayo, no Onion, no nothing.
So apparently Mayo is a standard on everything at least this McDonald's. I know I should not of gone there in the first place. Step away from the poison.
There is a drive thru as well, The dining area is not too clean looking either,which actually unusual for Micky D's. It is normally very clean in other joints.
